Their business plans have some analytics, but in reality, the platform doesn’t have the same robust functionality to that of Agorapulse, or even Hootsuite. The best thing Buffer has going for it is its marketing, and they do that better than anyone!

Hootsuite comes with a default report showing your key metrics on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Sprout Social is similar to HootSuite and other social media management tools in that it combines a variety of features. Sprout Social is one of the few social media management tools that provides customer relationship management (CRM) features. Sprout Social has a Single Stream Inbox where you can manage all your messages in one place. It also helps your company respond to customers by directing messages to the people within the organisation who need to action them. A large number of metrics can be tracked to generate reports, from measuring Facebook page impressions and fan growth to finding your best Twitter content, measuring Instagram trends, and more.


4. Sendible

Sendible makes it easy to engage with your audience, monitor your brand and track results from one dashboard. Sendible has some impressive integrations such as the Canva graphics editor, royalty-free image search, and YouTube search. Sendible has a separate dashboard for each client and even has a white label solution.


5. AgoraPulse

AgoraPulse is an easy and affordable social media management tool for teams and agencies. Agora Pulse has the basic team sharing features, plus content approval from clients. It also has the ability to assign messages to clients, which is pretty cool. AgoraPulse combines all your content in one place for all your profiles so you can reply, review, assign or tag. There is a bit of a learning curve to extract all of the possible value from this tool. So if you’re new to social, it might not be the best starting point.
